By using the AdStack platform (adstack.online), you agree strictly to the following terms. We reserve the right to change or update these terms at any time.

1. Provided Services

AdStack provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) ad-tech platform including DSP functionalities, publisher yield wrappers, and social media ad deployment tools. We are not liable for ad-traffic loss or API deprecations issued by third party connected services like Meta.

2. Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your API tokens and access credentials secure. Any unauthorized breach must be reported immediately to [email protected].

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services to traffic illegal content, fraudulent ads, deceptive services, or to generate click-farm/bot traffic. We reserve the absolute right to suspend accounts immediately upon suspicion of invalid traffic (IVT).

4. Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances shall AdStack, MOHIT DUBEY, or our suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

5. Delivery & Shipping Policy

AdStack is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. All services are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, your account features and API tokens will be provisioned and activated instantly. There is no physical shipping of products.
