Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand by our SaaS ad-tech platform, AdStack. Because we offer a 14-day Free Tier for all new signups, users have ample time to test our services. Therefore, our refund policy is strictly defined.

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time within the AdStack Dashboard under 'Billing'. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Auto-renewal will be turned off immediately upon cancellation.

2. Non-Refundable SaaS Purchases

Because AdStack deals with live server costs, API proxies, and realtime ML bidding algorithms, all payments for subscription plans (Growth, Enterprise) are final and non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. Disputed Charges

If you notice a billing discrepancy or an incorrect charge generated by our payment gateway (Cashfree), please contact our support team immediately. Any proven errors on our end will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
